What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Visa,MasterCard, Discovery, AMEX and PayPal.You may also call about sending a check or bank wires.

How long will delivery take?
One to six weeks depending on the product.  Please see each product page for details on delivery.
We pride ourselves on meeting your deadlines.  Please make sure you request a rush if your deadline exceeds a standard delivery for product ordered
Combined orders will ship together on the longest delivery unless otherwise requested.
 
Blank sash orders typically ship in one to two business days, and Economy lettered sashes in 2 to 3 weeks.  And all embroidery in 4 to 6 weeks.  If you need them sooner leave your need date when ordering, or click here to ask.

Blank Sashes – Ships with-in 2 business days (Orders of  over 200 sashes may take longer, please inquire.
Blank Sashes with Border -Ships with-in 2 business days (Orders of  over 12 sashes may take longer, please inquire.
 
Economy Lettered Sashes 
    3 Weeks Standard Delivery (Orders of  over 200 sashes may take longer, please inquire)
    2 Weeks Rush Delivery   A 20% rush fee will be added
    1 Week Rush Delivery    A  30% rush fee will be added
   
Embroidered Sashes (rush fees to be applied per sash on approved orders)
    4-6 Weeks Standard Delivery no rush fee (Orders of  over 24 sashes may take longer, please inquire.)
 
    3 Weeks Rush Delivery  $15.00 per sash rush fee
    2 Weeks Rush Delivery  $25.00 per sash rush fee
    1 Week Rush Delivery    $50.00 per sash rush fee
Is your shop secure and will my data be secure while shopping?

What exactly happens after ordering?

You will receive an electronic response that your order has gone through, and then in one to two business days you will also be sent a personal email about your order status, and any questions we may have about the order.  So please monitor the email address you used for future updates.  Your same email address will be used for USPS or FedEx for further tracking and shipping updates.
